Small Group Training
Small group training is also available!
Small group training is always fun, never boring! Group training classes are 3-4 people at a time.
Class includes, TRX training in addition to medicine balls and free weights, foam rollers.

Personal Fitness Orientation
Orientation is a 1.5 hour session with Sara Ellis
Orientation is a 1.5 hour session with Sara Ellis to discuss any prexisisting conditions, goals, and measurements on where your body is at the moment.
After orientation, each session is 50 minutes to 1 hour. Sessions include, cardio, strength and stretch.
