Sara has really helped me get strong again after hip replacement surgery and a couple of years prior to surgery losing so much muscle tone. I had held off getting a trainer because I often hurt myself trying to use weights and machines. From the beginning Sara gave me appropriate work-outs and I am really pleased with my refound upper body strength and definition–I’m proud of my biceps and triceps. Wow!
